Key responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the organization's learning management system
• Managing the organization's learning management system platform, including system configuration, user management, and data management
• Creating and delivering training content using the LMS platform, including online courses, quizzes, and other learning materials
• Identifying and sourcing e-learning resources, including videos, tutorials, and other learning materials, to enhance the training experience for employees.
• Ensuring that employee training programs comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including industry-specific compliance requirements
• Providing user support to employees and administrators who use the LMS platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyzing LMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the organization's training and development programs.
• Overall, managing the organization's learning management system and ensuring that employee training and development programs are effective, efficient, and compliant.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the critical divisions for effective and efficient implementation of the Quality Management System as per CAP, ISO 15189 and NABL 112 in laboratory
• Managing Lab documentation: Formalization, review and improvisation of Quality documents like Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, SOP’s & work instructions in accordance with Local & Accreditation requirements & compliance to GLP.
• Monitoring and managing document control & document issue in Document Management software.
• Conducting independent Quality Systems Audits (as per ISO standard) in Laboratories and sample collection sources, Identifying non-conformances and CAPA implementation
• Analysis of Quality indicators, benchmarking and preparation of quarterly/ Annual Quality improvement plans
• Central monitoring of daily QC, daily QC Gaps, Monthly CVs, EQA data for 25+ Satellite labs (NABL & Non-NABL) through automated system
• Responsible for Implementation of QMS in LPL labs as well as in Franchisee sample collection sources (collection centers/patient service centers)
• Managing Franchisee patient service centers as per NABL 112 and coordinating with Channel team for successful compliance

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing SOP’s & work protocols.
• Maintaining Q.C. documents as per international standard
• Performing a root cause analysis of the issues identified that affect the quality of reporting.
• Validation of new instrument and new test before putting into process.
• Calibration of various methods and instruments.
• Taking corrective and preventive actions and documenting the same.
• Reviewing daily Q.C. results.
• Reviewing QC data on monthly basis and taking preventive and corrective actions.
• Performing and handling of all Proficiency Testing samples and reporting to PT agency and further evaluation of results.
